Pachaiyappa’s College is one of the oldest colleges in India and holds a unique place in the history of higher education. During the period of British and missionary dominance, it was the first college in the Madras to be established with Indian philanthropic support, offering quality education at an affordable cost.

For over 185 years, the College has been rendering dedicated service to education and has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to meeting the academic and societal needs of Chennai and the nation.
